Welcome to Little Bamboo, a new Restaurant brought to you by Bamboo.
We offer most of the Bamboo classics plus a few new items and are open for Lunch and Dinner daily.
As always, The award winning Sushi is prepared by chefs from Nobu and Morimoto and has been selected Best Sushi in St. Maarten for 15 years strait.
With this in mind we have created a “Little” version of Bamboo in Simpson Bay at Puerta De Sol to keep our staff working and to satisfy our loyal customers appetite for fresh Sushi and great Steak.
Little Bamboo is truly Little.
So while you can expect the same quality of food and drink as Bamboo.
Please understand that we are unable to accept reservations and Little Bamboo is more about dining than lounging as our seating is truly limited. The interior of the restaurant is also Non Smoking due to size.
We are excited to be able to be up and running.
We hope that our guests will understand some of the compromises made as a result of the temporary accommodations due to Hurricane Irma.
