As always, the award winning Sushi is prepared by chefs from Nobu and Morimoto and has been selected Best Sushi in St. Maarten for 15 years strait.
While maintaining old favorites like the Angry Dragon Roll, the Kuta Roll, and the Maui Wowi Roll remain, we have added exciting new favorites like Miso Glazed Short Rib Bao Buns, Vegetarian Red Curry Bowl, and our Crispy Rice with Spicy Tuna. Bamboo now serves its famous Maui Wowi and Kuta rolls but has also expanded its menu to include tiger-shrimp tacos, ceviche, and a massive grilled rib eye.
The food is as much eye-candy as the crowd, and there’s a new cocktail lounge for post dinner flirting.
